Don't fall out of your chair but actually put my shoes on and got to work (it was strange bc i can't remember the last time i wore socks, speaks alot for my sweet chacos tan line). Jogged a mile at the stadium then did some 100m sprints with walking in between. Also walked some laps.
Got back to the homestead and decide why not do a biggest loser workout dvd. I did a 30 minute cardio workout.
Butt sweat and all, I feel pretty good. Now I'm going to celebrate with a bowl of cereal and WATERMELON.
Is it wrong that I still want to go buy a chocolate bar?

Yeah! I'm so glad that you're back on the blog. As for the chocolate bar...I only run so that I can eat cookies and pizza. No judgment from me!
